as a UX researcher at Google (August 2019 - present), my core capabilities are:

a few of my projects:

AI metrics mini-summits

organized, planned, & emceed 2 virtual mini summits that brought together 40+ folks from across Google to discuss measuring AI, with a particular focus on how we truly center the human in the experience. The summits were incredibly well received & paramount to solidifying thought leadership on the topic.
sprint facilitation

I have lead 5 mulit-day critical user journey workshops with product and engineering partners, as well as 1 week-long design sprint for a product-area wide initiative (where our team won best idea!)
AI metrics literature review & data analysis

with the growing need to understand potential AI paradigm shifts in tech, I conducted a literature review (50+ sources) of how software engineering has changed with the introduction of AI capabilities both in & outside of Google. I also analyzed 2,500+ open-ended responses from an internal satisfaction survey to inform AI-related user journey characteristics & pitfalls
ethnography + cultural immersion in Manchester, UK

part-time Google project for Spaces UX where I conducted cross-cultural ethnography, intercept interviews, & later mind mapping of key findings for a need-to-know project
